Branch User End:

  • Agent application require only for view, they should not be able to edit the any of fields except Categories/Disposition.
  • Agent fields be like Client Number, Name, Code, dispositions & Remarks.
  • Searching Require on behalf of Client Name, Number & Code & in respective search all details should be appear with recordings.
  • If agent is changing a new disposition then it should be appear in search by Old & New Disposition wise
  • If agent is not login into application, call logs should be pass like call details, voice-files to the Central server etc.
  • Call details should be populating while incoming/Outgoing.

Admin End:

  • Dashboard require with registered or unregistered call details
  • Admin will be able to see location wise monitoring and when click on any particular location, new screen or window will be enlarge to check all the calls details of respective location.

Database Integration:

  • Option require to import or export the data via excel
  • Add/Edit/Delete option to of client details

  • Any of line not working

Assign function to Role

  • One admin panel to every branch user or location wise user
