Our email service panel strictly does not allow the following types of illegal content.
  • Emails violating CAN-SPAM Act;
  • Sexual content in the email messages;
  • Marketing emails to unsolicited commercial email (UCE).
Yes, you need to do it once to avoid spam-delivery but with our system you will not need to do it twice for same mailing lists. It takes only few minute and in case if it takes longer time, please contact us.
To save a mailing list, export it from the admin panel into a new Microsoft Excel “document”.
You can send emails every three hours to the same mailing list, but be aware that very frequent mailing will result into rejected as spam or other delivery errors messages for your sent mails.
It can happen due to the following reasons:
  • Your campaign had spam-suspicious or “stop-words” your message content.
  • You do not have sufficient funds in your account balance to make an email campaign.
It can happen due to the following reasons:
  • Error in recipient’s address
  • recipient’s mailbox is full;
  • Message rejected by the recipient's server as spam.
We assure a perfect delivery percent of 100%, but in some cases its infrequent where 80-95% of sent emails are delivered to the recipients. This happens only if you do not have sufficient permission from the recipients. Other reason for this could be email addresses don't exist or blocked or wrongly spelled email addresses.
