Saudia is a preferred carrier for Umara & Hajj. They connect 56 international and 26 domestic destinations. They have a huge business of Tour & Travel and they require an IVRS for reservation in airlines

What we have offered:

As call Connect Firstly Welcome Message will be play ("Welcome to Saudia-A Sky team member"). System will check the office hrs. If office timing is over, it will play the message same to caller about office timing and ask to record the message and will give a confirmation to call back.

If Caller connects in office timing, system will offer to choose language and as got confirmation by DTMF inputs. It will provide other options
