As there are 500 number of voters, first of all, an excel of valid voters list with mobile number, flat number etc will be uploaded on the Web based panel. Each voter shall be identified by his/her Mobile number.
When a voter will dial dedicated IVR number, his/her call will be processed as per given IVR call flow in the next page.
When voter completed his/her voting process, a SMS will be sent to the voter for successfully participation in voting system with a pre-defined message.
After a predefined time, polling will stop, system will not accept new call.
Data of polling for each post shall be preserved in the system, but no one will be able to see the data unless polling is completed.

Complete election process will be fully secured so that no one can tamper with the results . After completion of polling system, result will be displayed only after entering OTP, which has been sent to the at least two mobile number of election committee.
Web-panel will only display total number of votes polled, instead of other information of voters.
