Client Requirement:

We hWe have provided a call flow for new or existing customers, either they can connect with agents and get a remedies for any Dosha, carrier, marriage related issues & others. Or they can leave a voice messages with few details (Name, DOB, Place). We have provided separate panel for agents to check all voice messages and could make a call back for them...

Call Flow Procedure:

  • Step-1 Welcome Message will be play and there will be an option to play any special message.
  • Step-2 language option Press 1 for Hindi, Press 2 for English, Press 3 for any regional language.
  • Step-3 System will identify via customer number whether itis existing or new.
  • Existing: If customer is existing, call will be land directly to agents,if agents find busy, option will be given to leave voice message.
  • New: Here two options will be available Press 1 to know about domestic remedies, Press 2 to talk to agents
  • Press1-Payment charges will be announce if customer will be agree to proceed further system will ask to leave message with details (Name, DOB, Place). And agent will call back to him.
  • Press 2-Call will be transfer to agents. if agents find busy, option will be given to leave voice message.
