It even allowed callers to listen all frequently asked questions on HIV & AIDS. HIV IVR helpline also helped the callers to file complaint which were recorded and status of the same can be checked. Even Caller can record questions related to HIV AIDS with HIV IVR helplinefor which they are seeking accurate answers. Callers were provided with option to get directly connected with a counselor for more any information on HIV AIDS.
