IVR For UP Apartment Act Election

Overview

Election or Polling System is to be conducted through IVR (Interactive Voice Response) for one of our client ‘Uttar Pradesh Department Act’.
The election process will be conducted by mobile users.
Each voter will be given option to vote up to 10 members.
An SMS and Reminder call will be sent to voters before election

We will provide our client a dedicated IVR number and a Web-based UI.
First of all, an excel of valid voters list with mobile number and voter name will be uploaded on the Web based panel. Each voter shall be identified by his/her Mobile number.
When a voter will dial dedicated IVR number, his/her call will be processed as per given IVR call flow in the next page.
Voter list editing available with two user authentication
When voter completed his/her voting process, a SMS will be sent to the voter for successfully participation in voting system with a pre-defined message.
After a predefined time, polling will stop, system will not accept new call.
Data of polling for each post shall be preserved in the system, but no one will be able to see the data unless polling is completed.
At any time during the voting, Admin shall be able to see the total number of votes polled.
Election reports can be generated in PDF for further record

Registering Final Nomination Candidates with candidate codes
Election result can be fetched on given time only with minimum two user authentication

Dual authentication Mobile number with OTP: Complete election process will be fully secured so that no one can tamper with the results . After completion of polling system, result will be displayed only after entering OTP, which has been sent to the at least two mobile number of election committee.
Web-panel will only display total number of votes polled, instead of other information of voters.
