Key Issue:

The client calling was based on existing data. They assigned the gift cards to customer (it may be 1 card or more, up to 25 for each client).They shipped out the card to the customer addresses. Their tele-caller supposed to call the customers on registered phone no. to check the verification of card (it could be 16 digit numbers). Once the card number provided by customer matches with their database,they sent the details to bank to activate the card.Previously calling was done manually but now they wanted it to be done by system and card no without the agent knowing caller’s contact information.

The Comprehensive Solution:

We have suggested about our product Aria ACCS Advance (Unified communication system) included all basic features.Here we have provided two panels one for admin and second one for tele-callers.

As database will be uploaded in admin panel. Dialer will start dialing,calls will be transfer to tele-callers and customer details will be reflect on tele-callers screen. They will ask card no. with customers and will enter in provided tab if card no. will be verified, they will be proceed for another card no. otherwise will confirm again, disconnect the call and will be ready to take next call.

MIS Reports:

  • As per client requirement, we have designed reports separately.
  • All the reports uploaded by client, will have the options edit delete, update.
  • Coupon Counter: it will be add in reports in the form of x/y (Where x is a verified number of coupons and y is total coupons against the particular phone).

Other requirement:

Call stopping tab on tele-callers screen to stop incoming calls so that call back can be generated.
