We all know before election, leaders start preparation from the one year before and they have huge work load from the parties up to election over. To reduce the manual work, they need an IVRS which could be announce pooling address, Add new name in voter list, Edit & correction voting list.

Aria has offered state of the art technology to election commission Kanpur to help the people of Kanpur Dehat district. Following things people can do by using this IVR based help line system:-

Polling station address

Through IVR, people can find out their polling address. To locate the address process will be as following:-

• If people know the Voter ID Number:

• Then they will be asked to choose their Vidhan Sabha name and to
• Enter their Voter Id card number
• 2If people don't know their voter id card number, system will ask to provide some details like Vidhan Sabha, Name, Mobile no, Age etc.

Adding new name in voting list

Through the IVR based helpline system people can add new name in the voting list. People need to provide following information through the IVR helpline like Vidhan Sabha, Name, Mobile no, Age etc.

Edit/ Correction in voting list

Through the IVR based helpline system people can edit or correct their information in the voting list if in case any changes have been done by the people in their voting information. People need to provide following information like Vidhan Sabha, Name, Mobile no, Age etc. For every correction/addition/editing, Request will be generated and these requests will be preceded by agents via desktop application which we have provided for specifically to agents to capture all the activities via IVR system.

An outbound call is making to the people through Desktop Application when the agent has processed the request. This call will be for intimation to the people regarding any changes done by their side is confirmed.
