Client Requirement
To reduce the manual work, they need an IVRS which could be announce pooling address, Add new name in voter list, Edit & correction voting list. The challenge was to reach a large number of voters in a short amount of time, while keeping campaign costs low.
What we have offered
Implemented an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The IVR system allowed the candidate to deliver pre-recorded voice messages to thousands of voters, and at the same time, collect voter feedback via automated response.
Polling station address
Through IVR, people can find out their polling address.
Through the IVR based helpline system people can add new name in the voting list. People need to provide following information through the IVR helpline like Vidhan Sabha, Name, Mobile no, Age etc.
Edit/ Correction in voting list
Through the IVR based helpline system people can edit or correct their information in the voting list.
Results
Our customized implemented IVR system proved to be an effective tool for reaching and engaging voters, collecting useful data, and driving turnout on Election Day. It allowed the campaign to operate efficiently while maintaining a personalized connection with the electorate, ultimately contributing to the candidate's success at the polls.
