Max wanted a system in which patient could input their reports reading like sugar, BP, Heart beat rate etc. and could connect with educator for Dr. Appointment and other information.
What we have offered:
We have provided an interactive voice response system with integrated dialer (Included all Basic features-ACD, Recordings, MIS Reports, live Monitoring & others). Call should be land at max dedicated no. and system will check in database it is new or existing patient. If it is new, he will follow the IVR options and call will be connect with max Team Leader and he will enter the details and create account accordingly. If it is existing, call will be land on three specified educator's Mobile no. caller information will be reflect on educators screen like Name, Age, Place etc. and they will proceed accordingly.
- Firstly call will be land on three educators' mobile no.
- If first one is busy, call will be land at another two educator and so on.
- If all educators will be busy, call will be land at Team Leader's Mobile no.
