Yes, you can do so from all the extension of your EPABX system. All you need to do is connect your trunk/PSTN/wireline lines to the computer equiped with voice logger system.

Q4) Is it possible to hear live calls with this system?

Yes, you can listen to the live calls by selecting appropriate lines from the panel. You will require using a headphone to listen the call and you can also record it to access later.

Q5) Is it possible to convert the recorded calls into MP3 format?

Yes, all the monitored calls get recorded in a.wav format as it is the best way to compress large sizes files. You can also convert the format later through using any MP3 converter manually.
