Aria Telecom is actively seeking a Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Call Center Software, Asterisk IP PBX, MySQL database administration, and Voice Logger software. Candidates must have a strong background in Asterisk, PRI card configuration, IP gateway configuration, MySQL databases, and the Linux CentOS operating system.

Aria Telecom is in immediate need of a technical support engineer with at least two years of experience in the maintenance of call center software, Asterisk software, MySQL databases, and the Linux CentOS operating system.

Basic Qualification of Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate for the Technical Support Engineer position should have:


  • Extensive experience with Asterisk-based software, IP gateways, Linux, IP phones, and PRI cards.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Willingness to travel and work in shifts as required is expected.
  • Candidates must hold a B Tech degree, BCA, MCA, or a diploma in IT or ECE, along with a solid understanding of networking, routers, databases, and Linux.
