Required Technical Support Engineer

Aria Telecom is actively seeking a Technical Support Engineer with expertise in Call Center Software, CTI technology, Database.

Candidates must have Experience of & knowledge of asterisk, Troubleshooting, resolving and communicating networking issues.

Hands on experience with Linux & Centos.

Willing to travel &work in shifts, as assigned.

Required Technical Support Engineer in Ludhiana Punjab

Aria Telecom is in immediate need of a technical support engineer with at least two years of experience in the maintenance of call center software, Asterisk software, databases, and the Linux CentOS operating system.

Basic Qualification of Technical Support Engineer

The ideal candidate for the Technical Support Engineer position should have

Having minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is essential.
Willingness to travel and work in shifts as required is expected.
Candidates must hold a B Tech degree, BCA, MCA, or a diploma in IT or ECE, along with a solid understanding of networking, routers, databases, and Linux.

Experience & Salary of Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support engineer must have 2 years’ experience in similar field

Employment Type - Full Time, Permanent

Salary INR 20k to 25k per month
